Are American businesses springing back to life? All eyes are on entrepreneurs as they emerge from corona virus hibernation and test the environment for signs of renewal. But what about startups? According to the US Chamber of commerce, startups have long been considered a harbinger of the dynamism of the small business market.
Jeff Dash, Chief Experience Officer of Delray Beach Experience, has launched a new digital guide to the best places to eat, drink, see and do in Delray Beach and beyond. The app, which has been in development for more than a year and is available for both iOS and Android, offers a curated list of unique experiences, information and value.
Created for visitors, locals and “snowbirds” in mind, the app allows users to search businesses by name or category, view business details and valuable offers, get personalized directions to businesses from their location and most important of all, view businesses’ safety protocols for COVID-19. There is also a Hotel Program where guests receive a 10-day complimentary VIP Membership.
“America’s business model has changed—permanently,” states Mr. Dash. “Consumers and businesses have changed the way they communicate, the way they buy, receive and deliver goods and services, and the way they work. Across all industries, patience, ingenuity and adaptability were the key ingredients needed for business survival and these norms are here to stay.”
The COVID-19 pandemic has taken a tremendous toll on restaurants, events, personal services and any other business that relies on close in-person interactions. While consumers may have less money to spend right now, they are shopping around, looking for new businesses to engage with—ones that cater to their “new normal.”
The goal of the Delray Beach Experience is to increase traffic to local businesses by making a business just a click away for the thousands of Delray Beach visitors and residents. To learn more about Delray Beach Experience visit https://delraybeachexperience.com/
